摘要
探讨了顶空气相色谱质谱法测定水中挥发性有机物的影响因素,确定含盐量为3g/10m L,瓶平衡时间为45min,炉温为70℃为试验的最优化条件。实验结果表明,在10-160μg/L范围内,检出限均介于9-13μg/L,线性关系良好(r均大于0.9994);120μg/L的城市污水厂样品加标回收率均在85-101%范围内,相对标准偏差均小于5%(n=6)。该方法用于测定13家污水厂进出水中17种挥发性有机物,结合各污水厂消毒工艺,旨在寻找更为安全的尾水消毒工艺。
The effects of headspace gas chromatography and mass spectrometry for simultaneous determination of 17 kinds of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)in water were discussed. The results show that,the optimal conditions were obtained that NaCl dosage was 3g/10mL,equilibration time was 45min,furnace temperature was 70℃. Under the optimum conditions,the detection limit were 9-13μg/L,with r〉0.9994 in the range of 10-160μg/L. The average recovery rate were 85-101%in urban sewage treatment plant samples for 120μg/L,with RSD less than 5%(n=6). This method was successfully developed for the determination of 17 kinds of VOCs in the 13 urban sewage treatment plants. Combined with the disinfection technologies,the paper was aimed to search for new disinfection technologies.
