摘要
正确评判汽流激振引起的转子失稳是设计出转子动力学特性优良的高参数高转速汽轮机的关键。针对以上问题开展研究,首先采用不同方法分析获得调节级密封的交叉刚度,通过对不同方法获得结果的对比,得到杭汽专用程序计算获得的密封汽流激振力对转子稳定性评估偏安全的结论。然后,考虑汽轮机各密封部件处的交叉刚度,对一特定高参数高转速汽轮机转子稳定性进行评估,分析结果表明,该高参数、高转速合成气汽轮机转子稳定性安全系数为2.58,具有优良的转子稳定性。
The assessment of rotor dynamic instability induced by steam excitation is the key problem of designing steam turbine with excellent rotor dynamics.The purpose of this subject is to study the issue with two major steps:the first,different methods were used to obtain cross-coupled stiffness.The results show the HTC'special program for evaluating the steam excitation force is on the safe side compared to other methods.The second,the stability of an ultra-high pressure steam turbine for driving synthesis gas compressor is accessed considering the steam excitation force at every seal.It is demonstrated that the steam turbine shows excellent rotor dynamic stability with its safe factor of 2.58.
