摘要
对基于激光追踪原理的通流间隙控制技术的测量原理及计算方法进行了介绍,针对某大型机组进行了测量并根据常规方法的测量结果进行了趋势分析,并进一步对缸体进行了变形试验,验证了所分析的趋势。结合这一技术,建立了热态间隙计算模型,并对实测结果进行了计算和分析,给出了通过测量、调整得到精确间隙的方法。
Based on laser tracking principle,the measurement and calculation method of flow path clearance control technique is introduced and the trend analysis is made for the measurement result of a large capacity of steam turbine by means of traditional method.Furthermore,a deformation test is conducted for casing to testify the trend analysis.Thus,the calculation module for hot clearance is established by the conventional method together with this technique to calculate and analyze measuring result.In the end,the precise clearance can be obtained through measuring and adjusting method.
