摘要
以某百万核电机组再热进汽管道和其中的再热截止蝶阀和再热调节蝶阀为研究对象,分析了在不同开度下调节阀气动力矩的分布规律及数值。结果表明阀门开度在0°到35°之间时,作用在阀轴中心的气动力矩数值既大又变化剧烈,此后随着阀门开度的增大气动力矩变化较为平稳,60°以后逐渐接近为0N·m。基于这些数据设计的阀门油动机通过了实际产品的开关试验,结果表明油动机能满足阀门的控制需求,气动力矩的分析结果是可靠的。
Based on the whole model of a reheat inlet pipe,including the reheat stop valve and control valve therein of a 1 000 MW nuclear steam turbine,the control valve's distribution rules and values of the aerodynamic moments with different open angles induced by the pressure on the valve disc are analyzed.The results show that the aerodynamic moments are large and changing when the valve's open angles are between0°and 35°.With the angle growing bigger,moments become more steady;and gradually reduce to 0as the angle from 60°to 90°.The test on the valve actuator by applying those data demonstrates that the actuator meets the control demand of valve,therefore the analytic results of aerodynamic moments are reliable.
