中间需求扩张与服务业就业增长

Intermediate Demand and Employment Growth in Service Industry

中间需求增加带来服务业市场规模扩大,进而带来产出增长,同时,服务业的低生产率特征又使其难以通过提高生产率来满足产出增长,因此,中间服务需求增加会带来服务业就业增长。利用我国1987—2007年投入产出表的面板数据进一步分析了中间服务需求扩张对不同服务行业就业增长的影响。结果表明:中间服务需求增长引致知识密集型服务就业增加,劳动密集型服务行业就业减少;鲍莫尔效应在我国服务业中仍然存在,但从细分行业看,仅在劳动密集型的批发和零售贸易、餐饮业中比较显著。

The intermediate demand can increase the demand of the service industry,and then bring its output growth.But it＇s difficult for the service industry to improve productivity to meet the output growth. Therefore,the increasing demand for intermediate service will bring the employment growth of service sector. Using the panel data of Chinese 1987—2007 input output table,the paper analyses the employment growth effect of intermediate service demand expansion on different service industry. The results show that： the intermediate service demand growth can increase the employment in knowledge intensive service industry and decrease the employment in labor intensive service industry.
