摘要
自媒体时代健康传播的模式正发生着深刻的改变。自媒体以最简单、最直白的方式将健康信息传递给大众,极大地提升了健康信息的可获得性。由于平民化、门槛低、传播快等优势使得自媒体为健康传播带来了新的机遇,然而,健康信息的良莠不齐、信息飞沫化及各类营销策略的影响也使其困境重重。因此,亟需唤醒自媒体的责任意识,更为谨慎、严肃地对待健康问题;提升公民的健康素养,对"伪健康"进行判断并提出质疑。同时,扩大专家学者的介入,加强政府的监管力度也是当务之急。
In we‐media era ,the mode of health communication is undergoing profound change .We‐media propagates health information to the public in the simplest and the most straightforward way greatly improving the availability of health information .The advantages of we‐media are including plebification , low threshold and fast spreading bringing new opportunities to health communication .However ,to keep we‐media healthy is not so easy because of uneven quality , spindrift‐like health information and the influence of all kinds of marketing strategies .Therefore ,it is urgent to wake up we‐media’s sense of responsibility and improve citizens’ health literacy for“pseudo‐health”judgment ,as well as to expand the involvement of experts and strengthen government’s supervision .
