摘要
文章从西方管理思想演变的视角分析了学习型组织理论的发展历程,得到以下三个结论:经济发展是学习型组织理论提出的动力基础;科学进步为学习型组织理论的发展提供了理论基础;人对自身价值的不断追求为学习型组织理论的发展提供了人性基础。以上三个方面说明了学习型组织理论的提出具有一定的历史必然性。最后,文章认为目前在学习型组织的绩效评价上应该包括两个方面,即组织绩效和人通过学习之后的收获或满意度评价。
The article carries out an analysis about the development process of the learning organization from the perspective of the evolution of western management thought,and three conclusions follow behind: economic development is the dynamic foundation of learning organization; scientific progress provides the theoretical basis of it;and the nature of people's continuing to pursue their own value underpins it from the view of humanity. All of the three aspects demonstrate the necessity of proposition on learning organization. Eventually,the authors argue that the performance evaluation of learning organization should include two aspects,which are the organizational performance and people's satisfaction or gains after learning.
