构建国防生思想政治教育“四个育人”工作机制

Construction of the Four Education Working Mechanism on Ideological and Political Education of the Reserve-duty's Officers

国防生是军队干部的重要来源。思想政治教育既关系国防生本人的人生未来,更关系到部队建设的长远发展,是国防生培养的首要任务。构建全程育人、实践育人、环境育人、合力育人的"四个育人"工作机制,把高校思想政治教育与部队特有政治要求对接起来,是打牢国防生思想基础的一种有效方式。

Reserve-duty officers are an important source of our military officers. Ideological and political education of the reserve-duty officers,which is the primary task of training reserve-duty officers,not only relates to their own future,but also relates to the long-term development of the armed forces. Construction of the four education mechanism that combines the ideological and political education with unique army political requirements,is an effective way of building the ideological foundation of reserve-duty officers.
