摘要
目的探讨个性化截骨模板在肘关节截骨矫形中的应用方法和效果。方法对5例肘关节畸形患者进行患肢CT扫描、三维重建、模拟截骨,截骨模块保存为stl格式文件,经3D打印制作为个性化截骨模板,引导术中三维截骨,观察肘关节畸形矫正程度。结果 5例患者在模板引导下顺利完成手术,畸形纠正率95%。结论基于患肢CT重建、3D打印的个性化截骨模板,有利于肘关节畸形精确截骨矫形,提高手术效果。
Objective To evaluate the application and effects of the individualized threedimensional( 3D) osteotomy template in the orthopedic surgery for elbow joints. Methods Five cases of elbow deformity were arranged for CT scanning. Based on the CT data, the 3D reconstruction and simulating osteotomy was performed,after which the osteotomy module was saved as STL format file for the rapid prototyping,and the personalized osteotomy template was made to guide the osteotomy. The correction of the deformity was observed after the operation. Results The template guided osteotomy was successfully managed in all the patients. The correction rate of the deformity was 95% in average. Conclusion Based on CT reconstruction and rapid prototyping,the personalized osteotomy template is helpful in improving the accurate rate of osteotomy.
