1994至2004年我国关节置换外科被引率最高的50篇文献

Fifty papers of highest citation rate in arthroplasty surgery during 1994 to 2004

目的筛选我国关节置换外科被引率最高的50篇文献并总结其主要特征,为关节置换外科青年医师提供经典文献阅读的参考。方法利用中国生物医学期刊引文数据库,以"关节、置换、成形、假体、重建"为关键词进行检索,时间范围设置为"1994年1月至2003年12月",筛选出我国关节置换外科被引最高的50篇文献。提取文献题目、被引次数、发表年份、期刊来源、地区分布、作者单位、第一作者姓名和文献类型等进行统计分析。结果被引最高的50篇文献被引频次从606次到24次。文献发表在1994年到2003年间,其中2003年最多(11篇)。这些文献刊登在15本专业期刊,以《中华骨科杂志》发表最多(25篇)。文献来自10个省市地区,排名前三的省市为北京(24篇)、上海(12篇)、广东和江苏(各3篇)。文献来源于28所机构,排名第一的是北京大学人民医院(10篇)。共4位作者以第一作者身份发表一篇以上文献。文献研究类别分类中,以临床效果研究(29篇)、围手术期处理(8篇)和综述(7篇)位居前三。结论被引最高文献的总结不仅有助于了解我国关节置换外科研究的历史特征,指导未来研究的方向,还可以为关节置换外科青年医师提供经典文献阅读的参考。

Objective To identify and characterize 50 Chinese articles of hightest citation rate in arthroplasty surgery,and to summarize the high influential articles and recommand the classic articles to young surgeons. Methods ＂Joint,replacement,arthroplasty,prosthesis,reestablish＂were used as the key words to search for the papers in Chinese Medical Citation Index database during Jan. 1994 to Dec. 2003.A total of 50 papers with the highest citation rate in arthroplasty surgery were included. The extracted and analyzed data included the title,the number of citation,year,journal,province,institution,first author and article type. Results The number of citations ranged from 606 to 24. All the selected papers were published between 1994 and 2003. The most productive year was 2003（ 11）. The articles were published in 15 journals. Chinese Journal of Orthopaedics published most of the selected articles（ 25）. The articles of the highest citation rate were from 10 provinces. The top three cities and provinces were Beijing（ 24）,Shanghai（ 12）,Guangdong and Jiangsu（ three,respectively）. The authors were from 28 institutions,and Peking University Peoples Hospital was the top of the table（ 10 articles）. Four authors contributed more than one article as the first author on the list. The top-three topics were clinical science and outcome（ 29）,perioperative management（ 8） and review（ 7）. Conclusion Identification of the mostly cited papers not only helps to understand the history of arthroplasty surgery in China and to guide the future researches,but also helps young orthopaedic surgeons reading the classic articles.
