全数字化乳腺摄影对乳腺放射状瘢痕的诊断价值

Diagnostic value of full-field digital mammography for breast radial scars

摘要 目的探讨全数字化乳腺摄影对乳腺放射状疤痕(radial scars,RS)的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析13例乳腺放射状疤痕患者的影像、临床和病理资料。结果 RS患者均无特殊临床症状及明确肿块。中位发病年龄为54.6岁(32-73岁)。X线诊断与病理诊断的符合率为92.3%(12/13),超声诊断符合率为53.8%(7/13),MRI诊断符合率为40.0%(2/5)。所有患者均进行了随访,随访时间为6-58个月,无局部复发或转移。结论全数字化乳腺摄影检查是诊断乳腺放射状疤痕最直观和最可靠的方法,部分特殊患者需辅以超声和MRI检查。 Objective To explore the full field digital mammography for breast radial scar in the diagnosis of value. Methods A retrospective analysis of 13 cases with breast radial scar patients for imaging,clinical and pathological data. Results The RS patients had no special clinical symptoms and clear the mass. The median age of onset was 54. 6 years( 32 - 73 years). Diagnosis and pathology of X-ray iagnosis coincidence rate was 92. 3%( 12 /13),B ultrasound diagnosis coincidence rate was 53. 8%( 7 /13),the diagnostic accuracy of MRI was 40. 0%( 2 /5). All patients were followed up,the time was 6 - 58 months,no local recurrence or metastasis. Conclusion Check the full-field digital mammography diagnosis method for radial scar breast is the most direct and most reliable,for some special patients such as ultrasound and MRI examination. The vast majority of breast RS patients only by full-field digital mammography examination can obtain correct diagnosis.
