家庭照顾者能力的改善可提高胃癌患者术后生活质量

Improved care ability of family caregivers can increase the quality of life of gastric cancer patients

目的探讨通过满足胃癌患者及家庭照顾者对护理知识的需求,是否可以提高患者术后生活质量。方法采用随机抽样法选择60例接受胰胃外科手术治疗的胃癌患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,每组30例。对照组患者进行常规护理。实验组在常规护理的基础上,术后对其家庭照顾者进行照顾负荷问卷、特质应对方式问卷、照顾知识需求问卷调查,针对其在问卷中反映出的问题及需求,针对性地给予患者及照顾者系统的护理干预。观察两组患者术后生活质量评定量表得分差异。结果干预前,实验组与对照组患者评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。而干预后,两组患者评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论积极改善胃癌患者家庭照顾者照顾能力,有助于提高患者术后生活质量。

Objective To explore whether we can improve gastric cancer patients＇ quality of life through improving nursing knowledge of family caregivers. Methods Selected 60 cases of gastric cancer patients undergoing pancreas stomach surgical operation treatment using random sampling method as the research object,randomly divided them into experimental group and control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing for the patients. On the basis of routine nursing for patients,family caregivers of the experimental group were given some questionnaires to investigate their questions and needs,and given them proper nursing intervention. The quality of life of patients between two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference about the quality of life in pre-intervention between two groups（ P〉0. 05）,while after given the family caregiver targeted intervention,there was significant difference about the quality of life of 1 month after operation between two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Improved care ability of family caregivers can increase the quality of life of gastric cancer patients.
