应用品管圈降低护理文书不合格例数的实践

Application of quality control circle on reducing the unqualified cases of nursing documents

目的：探讨品管圈活动对降低护理文书不合格例数的影响。方法通过开展品管圈活动，分析护理文书不合格的因素，并采取相应的措施，将改进前后的情况进行效果评价。结果护理文书不合格例数由活动实施前的88例/月降至实施后的44例/月，达标率为105%，进步率为50%。对改进前后护理文书不合格例数进行统计学分析，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论将品管圈手法运用于护理文书的质量管理中，使圈员享有更高的自主权、参与权、管理权，发挥积极性和创造性，并将品管圈成果标准化，可有效降低护理文书的不合格例数。

Objective To investigate the influence of quality control circle （ QCC ） on reducing the unqualified cases of nursing documents. Methods Through QCC, we used quality management tools to analysis the unqualified factors of nursing documents, then took corresponding improvement measures and evaluate the effect. Results Utilization of QCC, unqualified cases of nursing documents was reduced from 88 cases per month to 44 cases pre month, and achieved rate was 105%, progress rate was 50%. Unqualified cases of nursing documents before and after QCC were significantly different （P 〈0. 01）. Conclusions Using QCC practices in the quality management of nursing documents, the members not only can enjoy greater autonomy, participation rights, and management rights, but also can play an active and creative role. In addition, the outcomes of QCC activity were standardized, so QCC activities can effectively reduce the nursing documents unqualified cases.
