摘要
"教育家"的其中一种所指是"理想的教育者"。对理想的教育者的研究,是涉及教育本质、教育精神、教育理性、教育理想、教育者人格的重要话题,是教育学的重要任务之一。教育家是教育主体意识明确、强烈、自觉的教育者,其教育活动中伴随着丰富的主体情感体验与主体情感境界,其主体情感境界包含着主体意识情感、自在意识情感、自由与道德意识情感、现实意识情感、哲学意识情感等五种要素。人类文明离不开哲学家,人类文明中的教育离不开教育家,教育家的教育行为体现着教育精神、教育理性、教育理想和对教育进行不懈的反思、批判、提升。教育家既以精神境界的方式运行着教育,自身也以情感境界的方式体验着教育。
A kind of "educators"is referring to "ideal educator". Studying on the ideal educator is an important topic which relates to the essence, spirit, reason, ideal of education and the educator's personality, is one of the important tasks of education. Educators are clear, strong, conscious in education subject consciousness, in its educational activities are accompanied with the rich subject emotional experience and emotional state, its subject emotion state includes five elements: subject consciousness emotion, freedom consciousness emotion, freedom and moral consciousness emotion,practical consciousness emotion, philosophical consciousness emotion. There is not human civilization without philosopher,there is not human civilization education without educator, educational behavior of educator embodies the spirit, reason,idea of education and the unremitting reflections, criticism, promotion on education. Educator not only run education by the way of spiritual state but also experience education by the way of its emotional state.
