摘要
在倡导工具理性的现代主义思潮影响下,教师职业正面临着教师主体价值的"至上性"、责任意识的狭隘性以及道德情感的弱化等伦理问题的困扰。要突破工具理性主义价值观的束缚,走出现代教师职业伦理的困境,创建教师职业伦理新规范,应从根本上超越传统教师"中心论",内化教师职业的道德责任,升华教师个体的道德情感。
Influenced by the modernist thoughts advocating instrumental rationality, the teaching profession is faced with such ethical problems as the "paramountcy"of teachers' subject value, the narrow consciousness of responsibility and the weakness of ethical emotions.If we really want to break through the value constraints of instrumental rationalism, get out of the plight of modern teachers' professional ethics, and establish new norms of teachers' professional ethics, we should completely transcend the traditional "teacher-centeredness", internalize the moral responsibilities of the teaching profession and enhance teachers' individual moral feelings.
