基于运动目标检测跟踪智能监控系统的设计与实现

Design and Implementation of Intelligent Surveillance System Based on Motional target Detection and Tracking Algorithm

摘要 针对实时运动目标检测,提出了一种基于DSP的运动目标检测系统的设计方案,给出了系统总体结构框图,分析了系统工作原理,实现了一种采用双重三帧帧差法和背景差分法相结合的运动目标检测方法。实验结果表明,该系统能够准确、实时地检测特定场合的运动目标。 Arming at motional target detection, this paper presents a system design solution based on DSP. The structure of the system is proposed and the principle is analyzed. A mov- ing detection algorithm combined with the double three-frame difference with background subtraction is proposed and implemented to overcome the shortcomings of background sub- traction and frame difference. The effectiveness and accuracy of this algorithm in motional target detection is verified by experiment.
