摘要
现有超短波接收机针对超短波频段设计的下变频电路不具有灵活性,无法接收短波信号。采用上变频方式将短波信号变频到超短波频段,可使现有超短波接收机对短波通信进行监测与监听成为可能,扩展了其应用范围。根据上变频电路方案,利用ADS软件设计并仿真电路各个模块,并对上变频电路的输入/输出频谱及电路增益进行了仿真分析,仿真结果表明,此设计方案较好地实现了对短波信号的上变频转换。
The down-conversion circuit in the available VHF receiver is not flexible for receiving HF signal. The HF signal is converted to VHF band by means of up-conversion, which makes it possible to monitor HF communications in the VHF receiver, and thus expand the application of the VHF receiver. It present the up-conversion circuit and use ADS software to design and simulate all modules in the circuit, and analyze the input/output spectrum and the gain distribution of the circuit. Simulation result shows that the designed circuit can realize HF signal up-conversion.
