目的:描述GLP机构内SOP的制定、执行和管理。方法:介绍GLP机构内SOP的种类和模板、书写、审阅、审批、生效前培训、分发、使用、回收,保存和销毁等过程。结果与结论:通过上述SOP的系列管理过程,获得SOP的良好管理。

Objective： To describe the establishment, performance and management of SOP in GLP laboratory. Methods： Those terms such as categories, templates, writing, review, approval, training before it becomes effective, distribution, usage, recycling, preservation and destruction of the SOP in the GLP laboratory were introduced. Results and Conclusion： Through the series of SOP management, good SOP management was achieved.
