Analysis of Narcotic Drug Use in Shenyang Coloproltology Hospital During 2010-2013

目的:分析沈阳市肛肠医院2010-2013年麻醉药品的应用情况,为麻醉药品的科学管理和合理应用提供参考。方法:采用回顾性调查方法,对2010-2013年住院患者麻醉药品的使用金额、数量和用药频度(DDDs)等进行统计分析。结果:由于患者量增加,麻醉药品的使用量及销售金额呈逐年递增趋势,吗啡注射液用量较多且增幅明显。枸橼酸芬太尼注射液和吗啡注射液的用药频度明显高于其他麻醉药品,分别居于第一、二位。结论:住院患者麻醉药品的使用基本合理。应继续加强麻醉药品的日常管理,推行和完善规范化治疗用药,通过定期开展用药分析,纠正不合理用药行为。通过加强监控,防止麻醉药品滥用或流失,避免药物不良反应事件或成瘾情况的发生。

Objective： To analyze the application of narcotic drugs in Shenyang Coloproctology Hospital during 2010-2013, so as to provide reference for scientific management and rational use of narcotic drugs. Methods： By retrospective survey method,the narcotic use quantity and frequency（DDDs）, and the sales amount in our hospital during 2010-2013 were analyzed. Results： Due to the increase of the number of patients, the use amount and the sales amount of narcotic drugs in our hospital was increasing year by year. The use amount of morphine injection was more, and the increase rate was obvious. The DDDs of fentanyl injection and morphine injection were significantly higher than those of others, ranking as the first and the second mostly used drugs. Conclusion： The use of narcotic drugs in our hospital is generally reasonable. Daily management of narcotic drugs should be continuously strengthened, and the standardization of treatment and medication should be improved. Clinicians should correct irrational drug use by regularly carrying out drug analysis, prevent the abuse or outflow of narcotic drugs, and avoid the occurrence of adverse drug events or addiction by strengthening monitoring.
