摘要
采用3-(4,5-二甲基噻唑-2)-2,5-二苯基四氮唑溴盐(MTT)比色法来测定桑椹果醋的体外抗肿瘤效果,并进行细胞形态学观察。结果显示,桑椹果醋具有较强的抗肿瘤活性,并且随着桑椹果醋含量的增加,其抑制活性增大。细胞形态学观察结果表明,在桑椹果醋作用下,人肝癌细胞系SMMC-7721和宫颈癌细胞Hela两种肿瘤细胞均呈现数量减少、细胞膜加深变暗、成群聚在一起等不规则的生长趋势,表明桑椹果醋对两肿瘤细胞有较强的抑制作用。结果表明,桑椹果醋对Hela细胞的抑制效果强于SMMC-7721细胞。
The in vitro antitumor activity of mulberry fruit vinegar was investigated by MTT method, and the morphology of cells was observed. The results indicated that mulberry fruit vinegar possessed higher antitumor activity, and the inhibitory activity heightened with the increase of mulberry vinegar concentration. The morphological observation results indicated that under the effect of mulberry fruit vinegar, both SMMC-7721 cells and Hela cells were decreased and clustered together, cell membrane was deepened, dimmed and presented irregular development trend. The comparison showed that mulberry fruit vinegar had stronger inhibitory effect on Hela cells than SMCC-7721 cells.
