Optimization of extraction conditions of anti-tomato-late-blight components from Scutellaria baicalensis

摘要 采用恒温水浴浸提法,以无水乙醇作为提取溶剂,研究了提取时间、提取温度、料液比及提取次数对黄芩粗提物抗蕃茄晚疫病菌抑菌效果的影响。正交试验确定了最佳提取工艺条件为温度65℃,提取时间1.0 h,料液比1∶45(g∶m L),浸提2次,此时抑菌圈直径为34.3 mm。最小抑菌浓度为15.7 mg/m L。 Constant temperature water bath extraction was used to extract baicalin from Scutellaria baicalin with anhydrous ethanol. The effects of extracting time, extraction temperature, solid-liquid ratio and extraction times on antibacterial effect of tomato late blight from radix S. bacteriostatic was discussed. The optimal extraction process was determined by orthogonal experiment and the minimum bacteriostasis concentration was determined. The results showed the optimum conditions were as follows: extraction temperature 65 ℃, extracting time 1.0 h, solid-liquid ratio 1:45 (g:ml), extraction times 2. Under this condition, the inhibitory zone diameter was 34.3 mm. The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) was 15.7 mg/ml.
