目的:介绍使用质量控制图在检验检测工作中的重要性,研究并建立一套简单易行的可调移液器期间核查的方法。方法:查阅相关文献,通过质量控制中的统计技术建立符合移液器的期间核查方法。结果:通过使用统计软件绘制控制图对可调移液器进行长期动态监控,保证检验检测结果的准确有效。结论:通过采用控制图法制定合理的控制方法,在每次使用可调移液器进行实验分析前取得有效的监控数据,对监控数据的分析工作可保证移液器的质量,从而保证检验检测结果准确可靠。

Objective： To introduce the importance of using quality control chart in test and detection, research and establish a set of methods for intermediate checks of the adjustable digital pipette. Methods： Pertinent literatures were reviewed to establish methods for intermediate check suitable for pipettes by adopting statistical techniques in quality control. Results： The adjustable digital pipette was monitored dynamically in a long term by means of drawing control charts with statistical soRware, and the accuracy and validity of the consequence of test and detection was ensured. Conclusion： Formulating rational control techniques by control charts and thus obtaining effective pipette monitoring data for analysis is an important method to guarantee the quality of pipette in Order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test and detection.
