Study of Verification Criteria and Methods for Testing Results of Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer

目的:为了规范药品、保健食品和化妆品检验用原子吸收分光光度计检定结果确认工作,有效提升实验室仪器设备量值溯源管理工作,落实ISO17025实验室认可的相关要求。方法:通过对JJ G694-2009原子吸收分光光度计检定规程和检定证书的判读,结合《中国药典》2010年版、GB 5009.13(15)-2003食品中铜的测定和《化妆品卫生规范》2007版中关于原子吸收分光光度计标准方法的要求,制定了药品、保健食品和化妆品检验用原子吸收分光光度计检定结果确认标准和确认报告。结果:本文阐述的标准和方法可以全面有效地解决药品、保健食品和化妆品检验用原子吸收分光光度计检定结果的确认工作。结论:药品、保健食品和化妆品检验用原子吸收分光光度计检定结果确认标准和方法的研究是对药品等检验机构破解量值溯源结果确认难题的有益探索和有效方法。

Objective： To standardize the verification for the testing results of the atomic absorption spectrophotometer used for tests of drugs, health food and cosmetics, effectively promote the management for measurement traceability of the laboratory instruments and equipment, and implement the related requirements of ISO17025 laboratory accreditation. Methods： The verification criteria and verification report for the testing results of the atomic absorption spectrophotometer used for tests of drugs, health food and cosmetics were established through the interpretation of the testing procedure and testing certification of atomic absorption spectrophotometer in JJ G694-2009 in combination with the requirements for testing methods for atomic absorption spectrophotometer in Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010, Determination of Copper in Foods GB 5009.13 （15）-2003 and Hygienic Standard for Cosmetics 2007. Results： The criteria and methods described in this article can comprehensively and effectively accomplish the verification for the testing results of the atomic absorption spectrophotometer used for tests of drugs, health food and cosmetics. Conclusion： Study of the verification criteria and methods for the testing results of the atomic absorption spectrophotometer used for tests of drugs, health food and cosmeticS is a useful exploration and an effective method for drug testing institution to solve the difficult problem of verification for the measurement traceability results.
