Role of Management Review in Quality Management System of Food and Drug Testing Laboratories

目的:充分发挥管理评审在食品药品检测实验室质量管理体系运行中的作用。方法:分析食品药品检测实验室体系运行中管理评审的目的、意义,阐述评审应考虑的关键因素,评审中发现的问题,采取的措施以及对措施的验证。结果与结论:通过管理评审,验证管理体系的质量目标与管理体系建立的目的在战略方向上的一致性,提高管理和技术能力,主动寻求改进和自我完善,真正发挥检验的技术职能作用,满足食品药品监管和客户的需要。

Objective：To give full play to the role of management review in the operation of quality management system of food and drug testing laboratories. Methods：The purpose and signiifcance of management review in the operation system of food and drug testing laboratories were analyzed. The factors that should be considered in the review, the ifndings during the review, the measures taken, and validation of the measures were elaborated. Results and Conclusion： Through management review, the strategic consistency between the quality goal of management system and the purpose of establishing management system was veriifed, management and technical abilities were improved, initiative improvement and self-perfection were made, the role of inspective technology was fully exerted, and the needs of food and drug supervision as well as those of customers were satisifed.
