药师在JCI模式下的新作用

The New Role of Pharmacists in JCI Mode

目的:JCI认证是世界卫生组织认可的医院管理认证模式,本文介绍药师在JCI管理模式下发挥的新作用。方法:按照JCI标准的目标和要求,梳理我院药师在审方核对、高危药品管理、中药调配发药等工作环节的改进和作用。结果与结论:通过JCI认证,持续改进医院管理,药学服务各个工作环节工作质量不断提高。执行处方审核构筑安全用药防火墙、执行相似药品分区确保调配正确、建立高危药品管理制度确保调配发放准确无误、建立中药品管圈完善中药发药系统管理等方面,药师发挥了新的作用,为病人提供了更加安全、合理、优质、规范的药学服务。

Objective： JCI certification is the hospital management certification mode which is approved by the World Health Organization （WHO）. We introduce the new role of pharmacists in JCI mode in this paper. Methods：According to the goal of JCI standards and requirements, the working link that pharmacists participate in were analyzed, such as prescription review, management of the high-risk drugs, deployment of single doses of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） and so on. And the corresponding improving measures were put forward. Results and Conclusion：The hospital management has been continuously improved by JCI certification, the pharmaceutical care quality has been enhanced unceasingly in every working link. Pharmacists play a new role in many aspects, such as executing prescription audit to construct a ifrewall for safe medication, storing similar drugs separately to ensure correct deployment, setting up the high-risk drug management system to ensure drug procurement errorless, establishing the drug control circle of Chinese medicine to perfect management system. Under the mode of JCI, pharmacists provided patients with safer, more reasonable and standardised pharmaceutical care with high quality.
