上海某区公办医疗机构中药房的现状与分析

Current Situation and Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine Pharmacy in State-run Medical Institutions in One District of Shanghai

目的:掌握我区基本医疗机构中药房的发展现状,为科学制定中药药事质量控制标准提供依据,提高我区中药药事管理质量。方法:采取全面调查的方法,对全区1家中西医结合医院、3家综合医院、2家中医专科医院、45家社区卫生服务中心进行调查。调查内容主要包括人员配备、规章制度、设施设备、煎药保障等方面。结果与结论:我区公办医疗机构中药房存在人员配备不足、用房面积不足、外包管理不力等问题,离实验区标准中药房的建设还有一定差距。

Objective：To get information about the current situation of pharmacy in our primary medical institutions, in order to provide scientific basis for establishing quality control standards of traditional Chinese medicine and improve the quality of the administration of traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy in our region. Methods：A comprehensive survey of the region involving one hospital with traditional Chinese and Western medicine, three general hospitals, two Chinese medicine hospitals, 45 community health service centers was conducted. The content of the survey mainly included personnel allocation, rules and regulations, facilities and equipments, decocting security, etc. Results and Conclusion： The traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy of the state-run medical institutions faced many problems, such as insufifcient staff, insufifcient working area and ineffective outsourcing management. It is still far from the standardization construction of pharmacy in experimentation area.
