摘要
为研究铁质文物修复用腻子材料对铁质基体的影响,实验选用目前较为常用的腻子材料进行相同条件下的对比,通过湿热老化、饱和酸性水蒸气腐蚀、氙灯光老化实验,发现不同腻子材料对铁的腐蚀性不同,从而,根据试样的腐蚀程度判断腻子的适用性。实验对比结果表明,石灰作为铁质文物保护与修复用腻子材料是比较适宜的。
This paper is mainly concerned with the impact of restoration putty materials used on iron relics.Commonly used putty materials were tested using damp-heat aging,saturated acidic water vapor corrosion and a xenon lamp light aging test. The results show that different putty materials show different amounts of iron corrosion.The applicability of putty could be rated on the basis of its degree of corrosion of iron. Based on two aging test rounds,this work shows that lime is more suitable for the conservation and restoration of iron relics.
