摘要
为探明锦州25-1平台压缩机组振动异常的原因,应用有限元法建立了该平台压缩机组结构三维模型,并对压缩机甲板结构进行了模态分析和谐响应分析。锦州25-1平台压缩机组安装甲板竖直方向刚度不足是造成压缩机组振动异常的主要原因,因此提出了对该平台压缩机安装甲板竖直方向钢梁进行加强的改造方案,从而提高了其刚度。通过模态分析和谐响应分析可以了解平台压缩机组振动特性,为平台结构的优化设计提供理论依据,从而实现海洋平台结构的优化设计,避免有害振动的发生。
In order to investigate the abnormal vibration of the compressor set in JZ 25-1 offshore platform,three-dimensional model of the compressor set was established by the finite element method( FEM),and then analysis of modal and harmonic response for the compressor deck was carried out. Results showed that the main reason for the abnormal vibration of the compressor set was the shortage of rigidity along the vertical direction of the deck. Therefore,the remanufacture plan to reinforce the girder rigidity along the vertical direction of the deck in the platform was put forward. The vibration characteristics of the compressor set can be obtained through the analysis of modal and harmonic response,which will provide the theoretical basis for optimization design of the platform structure to avoid harmful vibrations.
