摘要
哺乳动物内耳细胞发育的分子调控是近期的研究热点。多项研究表明,多种细胞周期蛋白参与了听觉上皮的发育调控,其中包括内耳细胞发育中的增殖、分化等过程。在哺乳动物耳蜗发育的相关研究中,深入认识有关细胞周期调控因子及其作用,以及相关基因的调控机制,均显得极为必要。为此,本文简要综述近年来的国内外相关研究进展。
Molecular level regulation of inner ear cells development in mammals has become a research hot spot recent- ly. Studies show that multiple cell cycle proteins are involved in the regulation of auditory epithelial development, including cellular proliferation and differentiation processes. In studying cochlear development in mammals, understanding cell cycle regulatory factors and their functions, as well as related genetic regulation mechanisms, is of critical importance. Toward this end, the current paper provides a review of relevant research advances in recent years.
