宫内宫外同时妊娠文献回顾并个案报道1例 被引量：3

摘要 宫内宫外同时妊娠（heterotopic pregnancy,HP）是胚胎一个着床于宫内,另一个着床于宫外并同时发育的一种特殊的多胎妊娠,在自然妊娠（Spontaneous pregnancy,SP）中较罕见,极易漏诊、误诊。宫外妊娠可发生在：输卵管、卵巢、腹腔、阔韧带、宫颈、剖宫产瘢痕部位、子宫肌层、子宫残角等。
