温度对三磷酸腺苷生物荧光技术检测效果的影响

摘要 目的探讨和评价不同温度条件对三磷酸腺苷(adenosine triphosphate,ATP)生物荧光技术的影响。方法分别在4℃和25℃工作温度条件下使用ATP生物荧光技术检测医疗器械清洗效果,比较两种不同温度条件下测量数据的差异性。结果 4℃条件下测量相对光单位(RLU)数值在0~834之间(x±s为56±22),而25℃条件下测量RLU数值在0~18 796之间(x±s为3 848±940),组间差异有统计学意义(P〈0.001)。结论不同温度条件对ATP生物荧光检测仪的检测结果有明显影响,使用ATP生物荧光技术时应将采样器恢复至室温后进行检测操作。
