盐城市区医疗机构消毒质量两年监测结果

Surveillance on disinfection quality of medical institutions in Yancheng city with two years

目的了解盐城市区各级各类医疗机构消毒与灭菌质量情况,找出存在问题,为加强医院消毒管理提供依据。方法通过现场采样和细菌定量检测,对盐城市2012-2013年市区医疗机构消毒质量进行监测。结果连续2年共采集各级医疗机构不同消毒对象标本2 486份,消毒质量平均合格率为95.41%,2012-2013年度平均合格率分别为93.73%和96.53%。公立医院消毒质量合格率为95.71%,民营医院监测合格率为95.17%。二级及以上级别医疗机构与二级以下医疗机构消毒质量合格率基本一致。结论盐城市区医疗机构消毒质量整体水平较好,不同性质和不同级别医院的消毒质量无显著差异。

Objective To know the disinfection and sterilization quality of all levels of medical institutions in Yancheng city, so as to find the problems in disinfection of hospitals and provide basis to strengthen the management of hospital disinfection. Methods Field sampling and quantitative bacterial detection were used to monitor the disinfection quality in medical institutions of Yancheng city in 2012 - 2013. Results 2 486 samples of different disinfection object were collected for 2 years in medical institutions at all levels. The average qualified rate was 95.41%. The qualified rates were 93. 73% and 96. 53% respectively for 2012 and 2013. The qualified rates in governmental hospitals and private hospitals were 95.71% and 95.17% respectively. The qualified rates in level - two and above hospitals was almost the same as others. Conclusion The disinfection and sterilization quality in hospitals of Yancheng city is good. There was no significant difference between hospitals in different property and different levels.
