天津市某区不同类型医院室内空气消毒效果评价

Evaluation on the indoor air disinfection effect in different types of hospitals in Tianjin

目的评价天津市某区属各级各类医院室内空气消毒管理及其效果,为加强医院消毒管理提供科学依据。方法采用现场调查和采样检测方法,对该区不同类型医疗机构室内空气卫生质量进行监测与分析。结果该区三类级别医院2009-2012年各年度室内空气消毒质量平均合格率依次为85.57%、88.32%、91.21%和89.38%;以医院Ⅲ类环境室内空气合格率最高。结论该区各级医院室内空气消毒洁净质量总体处于较好水平,今后重点应加强对Ⅰ类环境空气质量管理。

Objective To evaluate the indoor air disinfection effect of different level hospitals of Tianjin,provide a scientific basis to strengthen the management of hospital disinfection. Methods Field investigation and sampling detection methods were used to monitor and analysis of the different types of indoor air quality. Results The average pass rate of indoor air disinfection from 2009- 2012 of different level hospitals were 85. 57%,88. 32%,91. 21% and 89. 38% respectively. The third level hospital environment had the highest pass rate of indoor air. Conclusion The quality of air disinfection of different levels hospitals are good,the future focus should strengthen on the first class air quality management
