摘要
目的研究有机物和无机干扰物对过氧化氢气体等离子体灭菌效果的影响。方法通过载体定性灭菌试验和灭菌效果验证装置测试法,对三种有机物和一种无机物对过氧化氢气体等离子体灭菌效果的影响进行了观察。结果有机物、氯化钠溶液和羊血污染的菌片,放置在表面对灭菌没有明显影响。不同测试物对管腔型器械灭菌效果的影响进行方差分析后发现,不同浓度小牛血清之间的差异无统计学意义;25%小牛血清白蛋白(BSA)与12%BSA、6%BSA之间的差异有统计学意义,而12%BSA和6%BSA组间差异无统计学意义。不同浓度氯化钠组各组两两之间的差异均有统计学意义。不同浓度羊血组各组两两之间的差异均有统计学意义。结论 BSA对灭菌的影响高于小牛血清。氯化钠溶液影响过氧化氢气体等离子体灭菌器对管腔类器械的灭菌效果,随着氯化钠浓度的提高对灭菌效果影响增大。稀释到1%的羊血也影响过氧化氢气体等离子体灭菌器对管腔类器械的灭菌效果,随着羊血浓度的提高对灭菌效果影响增大。
Objective To study the influence of organism and inorganic to the sterilization effect of hydrogen peroxide gas plasma sterilizer. Methods Carrier qualitative sterilization test was used to observe the influence of three kinds of organism and a kind of inorganic to the sterilization effect of hydrogen peroxide gas plasma sterilizer. Results There was no significant difference in the surface sterilization effect of bacterial slide contaminated by organic matter,sodium chloride and sheep blood. By statistics method,we analyzed the influence of different test object to lumens instruments sterilization. For luminal type instrument sterilization effect,difference between different concentrations of calf serum was no statistical significance. There was significant difference between 25% BSA and 12% BSA,6% BSA,while between 12% BSA and 6%BSA,there were no statistically significant difference. There was significant difference in luminal type instrument sterilization among different concentrations of sodium chloride and different concentrations of sheep blood. Conclusion The influence of BSA on the sterilization is higher than the impact of calf serum. For luminal type instrument sterilization,sodium chloride saline affects sterilization of hydrogen peroxide gas plasma sterilizer. With increasing concentration of physiological saline,the impact on the sterilization effect becomes greater. 1% sheep blood affects sterilization of hydrogen peroxide gas plasma sterilizer on lumen type device. With increasing concentration of sheep blood,the impact on the sterilization effect becomes greater.
