一种复合中草药抗菌制剂体外抗菌性能及其毒性观察

Observation on the in vitro antibacterial property and toxicity of a compound herbal antibacterial preparation agents

目的观察一种复方中草药抗菌制剂抗菌效果及其毒性作用,为实际应用提供科学数据。方法采用肉汤稀释法和动物实验法,对该复方中草药抗菌制剂的体外抑菌效果和毒性进行实验室观察。结果该复方中草药制剂的原液作用2 min,对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌的抑菌率依次分别为94.39%、87.82%和84.60%。该复方中草药抗菌制剂密封储存于37℃恒温箱内90 d后,其原液作用2 min,对白色念珠菌菌的抑菌率为87.25%,与储存前相比较其抑菌作用不下降。该复方中草药抗菌制剂对小鼠急性经口毒性LD50值>5 000 mg/kg(体重),其原液对家兔完整皮肤刺激指数为0。结论该复方中草药抗菌制剂对细菌繁殖体和真菌具有一定抑菌作用,属于无毒级物质。

Objective To observe the antibacterial effect and toxicity of a compound herbal antimicrobial agents,so as to provide scientific data for practical application. Methods The broth dilution method and animal experiment were used to observe the in vitro antibacterial effect and toxicity of the compound herbal preparation. Results The antibacterial rates of Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans exposed to the stock solution of compound herbal for 2 min were respectively 94. 39%,87. 82% and 84. 60%. The antibacterial rate of Candida albicans exposed to the compound herbal preparation that being sealed and stored at 37℃ incubator for 90 d was 87. 25%,which was not decreased significantly compared with that exposed to the compound herbal preparation before storatge. The LD50 of this antimicrobial compound herbal preparation for acute oral toxicity in mice was 〉5 000 mg / kg·bw,and the rabbit intact skin irritation index was 0. Conclusion The antimicrobial compound herbal preparation has a certain inhibitory effect on bacteria and fungus,and it belongs to non- toxic substance.
