环氧化合酶-2蛋白在人成釉细胞瘤中的表达及临床意义 被引量:2

The expression of cyclooxygenase-2 proteins in human ameloblastoma and their clinical values

摘要 目的探讨环氧化合酶-2在成釉细胞瘤中表达的意义。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测COX-2在77例成釉细胞瘤(ameloblastoma,AB)、6例恶性成釉细胞瘤(恶性AB)、9例瘤旁黏膜及9例正常口腔黏膜中的表达。结果AB、恶性AB及瘤旁黏膜中均有COX-2的明显表达,恶性AB阳性率最高,为100,依次为成釉细胞瘤81.8、瘤旁黏膜77.8,正常口腔黏膜轻微表达其阳性率为44.4,各组间均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论 AB中COX-2高表达,且明显高于正常黏膜;COX-2可能参与AB的发生发展,AB的侵袭性增加和恶变与COX-2的高表达相关。 Objective The purpose of this study is to investigate the values of the expression of cyclooxygenase-2 in human ameloblastoma. Methods The expression of COX-2 in 77 cases of Ameloblastoma(AB), 6 cases malignant Ameloblastoma(malignant AB), 9 cases of tumor adjacent mucosal tissues and 9 cases of normal oral mucosal tissues through the immunohistochemical S-P method. Results The expression of COX-2 was significant in AB, malignant AB and tumor adjacent mucosal tissues. The positive rates are respectively the highest, 100in malignant AB, 81.8in AB,and 77.8in tumor adjacent mucosal tissues. The expression in normal oral mucosal tissues was mild with a positive rate of 44.4%. The differences among each of the groups are significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The expression of COX-2 is the highest in AB, which is significantly higher than that in normal mucosal tissues. It is possible that COX-2 contributes to the development of AB. The increase in the invasiveness and the malignant transformation of AB are related to the high expression of COX-2.
