摘要
目的评价牙本质小管封闭剂对自粘接树脂水门汀边缘微渗漏的影响。方法选择40颗离体牙作为实验对象,按嵌体制作要求制备近中牙合面洞,随机分为5组:A组(对照组);B组(氟保护漆组);C组(Medental牙本质小管封闭剂组);D组(氟化钠甘油组);E组(皓齿脱敏凝胶组)。用自粘接树脂水门汀将树脂嵌体粘于牙本质小管封闭剂处理及未处理的牙本质表面(对照组)。所有样本经冷热循环后染料浸泡,体视显微镜下观察试件微渗漏情况。结果5组均发生了微渗漏,B和C组渗入较深,A,D,E组渗入较浅。结论 Medental与氟保护漆增加了自粘接树脂水门汀的微渗漏值;而氟化钠和脱敏凝胶未降低水门汀的抗微渗漏性能;轴壁的抗微渗漏能力好于龈壁。
Objective To compare the influence of dentinal tubule sealer on the microleakage of bongding composite inlays with a self-adhesice resin cement. Methods Select 40 newly extracted molars and divide them into5 groups randomly,according to the MO cavity requirement resin inlays were prepared. All the teeth were randomly divided into 5groups named A、B、C、D、E. Group A were coated with nothing, group B with Fluor protector, group C with Medental dentinal tubule sealer, group D with 75%Na F and group E with Desensiting Gel. All the specimen inlay and treated with Embrace wetbond resin cement. All the specimen were thermocycled. After dying, the microleakge was examined under stereomicroscope. Results The microleakage appears in all five groups. Group B and C are deeper, while group A、D、E are shallow. Conclusion Medental dentinal tubule sealer and Fluor protector increased microleakage of self-adhesive resin cement. But 75Na F and Desensiting Gel did not reduce the anti-microleakage effectiveness of cement; The gingival wall was superior to occlusal wall on protecting microleakage.
