战斗英雄任常伦

Changlun Ren,the Combat Hero

任常伦（1921~1944）,著名战斗英雄。山东省龙口市七甲镇常伦庄人。出身雇农家庭,6岁丧父,7岁丧母,被叔父收养。1938年参加本村抗日自卫团。1940年8月参加八路军。同年10月由地方武装转入八路军山东纵队第五旅十四团二营五连任战士。战斗中,任常伦总是冲锋在前,时时处处都显露着英雄本色。第一次参战,就夺获日军一支＂三八＂步枪。

Changlun Ren(1921-1944),a famous combat hero,was born in a tenant's family in Changlunzhuang Village,Qijia Town,Longkou City,Shandong Province.When he lost his father to death at six and his mother at seven,he was raised by his uncle.In 1938 he joined the anti-Japanese self-defense militia in his village.In August 1940 he joined in the Eighth Route Army.In October that year he was transferred from the local force to the 5th Company,2nd Division,14 th Regiment,5th Brigade,Shandong Column of the Eighth Route Army as a soldier.ln the battle of Changshapu,Haiyang on Nov.17,1942,he led the soldiers of the 9th Squad in keeping the field and successively fighting back the attacks of the ten-fold enemy.When he stabbed the 7th Japanese solider,he wasshot by bullets and sacrificed his life gloriously at the age of just 23.
