不同护理干预治疗压疮的效果评价

目的探讨不同护理方法干预治疗压疮的效果评价。方法选择2010年7月至2014年12月在肿瘤内科住院患者,因疾病长期卧床,消瘦,强迫卧位等原因在院外带入Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ度压疮的患者204例。采取3种不同护理干预方法,对其疗效进行比对。结果经比较发现,三种不同护理干预治疗压疮的效果具有可比性。结论使用5%碘伏消毒后晾干,外用康惠尔渗液吸收贴贴敷,治疗Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ度压疮的效果显著,且操作简单,使用方便,值得临床推广使用。
