心理暗示减轻老年尿毒症患者皮肤瘙痒的护理

Psychological suggestion to reduce the old patients with uremia itchy skin care

目的探索减轻老年尿毒症患者皮肤瘙痒的护理方法。方法将48例60岁以上确诊尿毒症伴皮肤瘙痒的患者随机分为实验组(n=24)和对照组(n=24),实验组采用心理暗示配合尿毒症常规皮肤护理,对照组采用尿毒症常规皮肤护理,分别于治疗前,治疗1、2周,参考Dirk R.kuypers的评分系统,按皮肤瘙痒程度、分布、频率和睡眠干扰情况分别打分。结果常规皮肤护理配合心理暗示护理1周后,瘙痒积分由常规皮肤护理平均积分14.6±5.6降为11.4±3.8,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。常规皮肤护理配合心理暗示护理治疗2周与治疗1周比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论尿毒症常规皮肤护理加心理暗示减轻尿毒症患者皮肤瘙痒见效快,提高了老年尿毒症患者的生活质量,但不适合长期应用。

objective To explore reduce the nursing methods of elderly patients with uremia itching. Methods 48 patients over 60 years confirmed uremia with itchy skin of patients were randomly divided into experimental group and the control group, experimental group use the psychological suggestion with uremia regular skin care, control group adopts uremia routine skin care, respectively, before treatment, treatment 1, 2 weeks, reference Dirk R. Kuypers scoring system, according to the degree of skin itching, distribution, frequency and sleep disturbance, respectively. Results Psychological suggestion with uremia regular skin care 1 week,the value was 11. 4±3. 8, have significant difference（P0.05）. After the second week of the treatment for 1 week there was no significant difference（P0.05）. Conclusion Psychological suggestion with uremia regular skin care, relieve itchy skin, uremia patients can improve the quality of life of elderly patients with uremia, but is not suitable for long-term use.
