浙江省11家医院2009～2013年肺癌患者静脉营养制剂应用分析

Application Analysis of Parenteral Nutrition Preparations used by Lung Cancer Patient in 11 Hospitals of Zhejiang from 2009 to 2013

目的：为评价浙江省11家医院肺癌患者使用静脉营养制剂的应用状况,对其近5年的用药数据进行分析。方法：抽取浙江省11家医院2009～2013年肺癌患者每年40 d静脉营养制剂的用药医嘱,分析其使用静脉营养制剂用药金额、用药频度（DDDs）、DDC等情况。结果：5年来,该11家医院肺癌患者使用静脉营养制剂的用药总金额呈逐年上升趋势,尤其是2012年和2013年,增长速度很快,年增长百分比均达100%以上。其中占主要因素的是静脉脂肪乳剂金额的大幅增长,而2010～2012年氨基酸类静脉营养制剂使用金额的增幅不显著,2013年用药金额增加。结论：浙江省临床医生对于肺癌患者营养风险的重视程度越来越高,静脉营养制剂特别是特殊营养素呈现持续快速增长趋势,其在临床的合理化应用也有待进一步加强。

Objective： To evaluate the utilization of parenteral nutrition preparations used by lung cancer patients in 11 hospitals of Zhejiang by analyzing the recent 5 years＇ prescriptions data. Methods： 40 days prescriptions data of patients with lung cancer in 11 hospitals of Zhejiang was extracted every year. The data in respect of the consumption sum,DDDs,DDC of were analyzed. Results： The amount of parenteral nutrition preparations used by patients with lung cancer in11 hospitals of Zhejiang showed an upward trend year by year,the growth of 2012 and 2013 was most rapid,the annual growth percentage was over 100%. The main factors accounted for it was the significant increase in the amount of intravenous fat emulsion,but the amount increase of amino acid parenteral nutrition preparation from 2010 to 2012 was not obvious,by 2013 the amount had a certain improvement. Conclusion： Regarding the nutritional risk of patients with lung cancer is attaching more and more importance by clinicians in Zhejiang area,intravenous nutrition preparation of special nutrients continued to show rapid growth momentum,and its rational clinical application has to be further strengthened.
