非化疗药物引起的粒细胞缺乏及其干预 被引量:7

摘要 几乎所有类型的临床药物都可引起粒细胞缺乏(drug-induced agranulocytosis,DIA)。虽然药物导致的DIA比较罕见,但其死亡率可高达5%。由于DIA常常可引起严重的脓毒症、深部组织感染、败血症和感染性休克,所以被认为是潜在的严重不良事件。通过查阅文献,本文综述了DIA的流行病学、病理机制、诊断、预后影响因素、临床症状、干预措施和常见的DIA药物。 Almost all classes of drugs can cause agranulocytosis. DIA is rare,but the mortality can be as high as5%. DIA is considered to be potentially serious adverse events,for it can cause severe sepsis,deep tissue infection,sepsis and septic shock. This paper over viewed the incidence,mortality,pathogenesis,diagnosis,prognostic factors,clinical presentation and intervention of DIA and the common DIA drugs.
