摘要 将经湿法均化以及真空练泥工艺生产的矾土均质料生坯在1100—1600oC烧成,并在1600℃分别保温l、4和7h,分析了煅烧过程中的物相反应,研究了煅烧制度对均质料烧结性能的影响。结果表明:1)矾土生料经过一系列均化处理后,使得水铝石和高岭石分布更加均匀,水铝石分解形成的α-Al2O3,和高岭石分解形成的非晶质SiO2接触更加容易,从而加快了二次莫来石化的进程;2)升高温度时,矾土均质料的体积密度增加,二次莫来石化程度增大,莫来石含量增加,莫来石相和刚玉相发育较好,最佳煅烧温度为1600℃;3)适当延长保温时间可以促进矾土均质料的致密化,但保温时间不宜过长,最佳煅烧制度为1600℃保温4h。 The green bodies of homogenized bauxite, produced by wet homogenization and vacuum pug- ging process,were fired at 1 100 - 1 600 ℃ and dwelled at 1 600 ℃ for 1,4 and 7 h,respectively. Phase re- actions during the firing process, and influence of firing schedule on sintering properties of homogenized grogs were researched. The results show that= (1)after a series of homogenizing treatment, diaspore and kaolinite distribute more homogeneously, α-Al2O3 from the decomposition of diaspore is easy to contact with amorphous SiO= from the decomposition of kaolinite,accelerating secondary mullitization; (2)with the firing temperature rising ,the bulk density of homogenized bauxite grogs increases,the degree of seconda- ry mullitization increases,the mullite content enhances, mullite and corundum develop well, and the opti- mum firing temperature is 1 600 ℃;(3)extending the dwelling time appropriately can accelerate the density of the materials,and the optimum firing condition is dwelling at 1 600℃ for 4 h.
