摘要
为了探讨烧结方式对锆酸钙材料性能的影响,以m-Zr O2和Ca CO3为原料,按物质的量比1∶1配料并外加质量分数为5%的酒精,经成型、干燥后,利用一步煅烧(1 600℃3 h)、二步煅烧(1 000℃3 h预烧后经破碎、成型后再经1 600℃3 h煅烧)和热压烧结(在1.5 MPa压力,氩气气氛,1 600℃3 h)制备了锆酸钙材料,并研究了烧结方式对锆酸钙材料的相组成、显微结构和致密度的影响。结果表明:不同的烧结方式对合成锆酸钙的相组成没有影响,但合成锆酸钙材料的显微结构差异明显;二步煅烧是合成锆酸钙材料最合适的烧结方式。
Calcium zirconate was synthesized using monociinic zirconium oxide and calcium carbonate with mole ratio of 1 : 1 as starting materials, extra adding 5 mass% ethanol, shaping, dring,and then firing with different solid reaction sintering methods.one-step calcination(1 600 ℃ for 3 h),two-step calcination( pref- ing at 1 000 ℃ 3 h,crushing ,shaping,and then sintering at 1 600 ℃ for 3 h) ,and hot pressed sintering( under 1.5 MPa,in Ar atmosphere,1 600 ℃ for 3 h). Effects of sintering methods on phase composition,micro- structure and density of synthesized calcium zirconate were studied. The results show that the three differ- ent sintering methods have no impact on the calcium zirconate mineral phases but result in obviously differ- ent rnicrostructures. Two-step calcination is the most appropriate method to synthesize calcium zirconate.
