2型糖尿病患者并发骨质疏松的多因素分析

Multivariate analysis of type 2 diabetic mellitus patients with osteoporosis

目的分析2型糖尿病患者并发骨质疏松的危险因素,为早期防治2型糖尿病并发骨质疏松提供参考。方法以2010年2月至2014年2月在奉城医院就诊的2型糖尿病并发骨质疏松患者128例作为实验组,以同期就诊的正常骨密度的2型糖尿病患者120例作为对照组,分析两组患者在性别、年龄、病程、体重指数、糖化血红蛋白、促卵泡生成激素、甘油三酯、促黄体生成素、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、雌二醇、空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素的差异。结果实验组患者在女性、年龄、病程、糖化血红蛋白、促卵泡生成激素、促黄体生成素方面明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与骨质疏松有明显相关性(P<0.05);体重指数、雌二醇实验组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与骨质疏松有明显相关性(P<0.05);空腹血糖、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、空腹胰岛素,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),与骨质疏松无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论女性、年龄、病程、糖化血红蛋白、促卵泡生成激素、促黄体生成素、体重指数、雌二醇与2型糖尿病并发骨质疏松有明显相关性。

Objective To analyze the risk factors in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and osteoporosis for the scientific prevention of type 2 diabetic mellitus patients with osteoporosis. Methods From 2010 Februaryto 2014 year February in Fengcheng City People＇s Hospital,97 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with osteoporosis were selected as experimental group, and 92 cases of normal bone density with type 2 diabetes mellitusas were selected as control group.Gender,age,course of disease,body mass index,glycosylated hemoglobin,follicle stimulating hormone,luteinizing hormone,three triglyceride, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, estradiol,fasting blood glucose, and fasting insulin differences were analyzed. Results Patients in the experimental group in the female,age,disease duration,glycosylated hemoglobin,follicle stimulating hormone,and luteinizing hormone were significantly higher than those of the control group（P〈 0.05）, and has asignificant correlation with the osteoporosis（P〈0.05）. Body mass index, and estradiol in experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group（P〈0.05）, and also has asignificant correlation with the osteoporosis（P 〈0.05）. Fasting blood glucose,three triglyceride,low density lipoprotein cholesterol, and fasting insulin were not significantly different between two groups（P〉0.05）,and were not related to osteoporosis（P〉0.05）. Conclusions Type 2 diabetic mellitus patients with osteoporosis in the female gender, were correlated with age, course of disease, glycosylated hemoglobin, follicle stimulating hormone, luteinizing hormone, body mass index and estradiol had obvious relevance to the disease.
