硒蛋白K的生物学功能研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 硒蛋白K(SelK)是2003年发现的一种内质网膜蛋白。关于SelK的生物学功能,近几年有一些研究成果,如SelK在心肌细胞中参与应对氧化应激;在人肝癌细胞中参与调节内质网应激;在受体介导的免疫细胞活化过程中促进钙流;参与内质网相关蛋白降解;参与调节巨噬细胞表面CD36棕榈酰化,影响泡沫细胞的形成和动脉粥样化。本文就SelK的结构特征、细胞内定位和组织分布以及生物学功能的最新研究进展作一综述。
