辛伐他汀在颈动脉粥样硬化治疗中的临床效果

Clinical Efficacy of Simvastatin on the Treatment of Carotid Atherosclerosis

目的观察辛伐他汀药物在颈动脉粥样硬化疾病治疗中的临床疗效.方法抽取患有颈动脉粥样硬化的36例患者参与临床研究,采取随机方法将病例分为实验组与对照组,分别采用常规治疗和加用辛伐他汀药物,分析2组患者的临床疗效.结果 2组患者经16周治疗,与治疗前相比斑块面积、颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)均有明显缩小,其中实验组相对于对照组更为显著;实验组的TC、TG、LDL水平与治疗前相比均有明显下降,而HDL水平则表现出明显的上升(P<0.05);对照组病例血脂检测指标与治疗前相比无明显差异性(P>0.05).结论辛伐他汀在颈动脉粥样硬化疾病治疗中具有良好的临床疗效,对提升患者的生活质量具有重要价值.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of simvastatin on the treatment of carotid atheroselerotie. Methods Thirty-six patients with carotid atherosclerosis were selected and randomly assigned into experimental and control groups. Patients of the two groups were given conventional treatment and simvastatin added, respectively. The clinical efficacy were analyzed and compared. Results After 16 weeks treatment, plaque area, carotid intima-media thickness （IMT） were significantly decreased in the two groups, the experimental group of which was more significant than the control group. In the experimental group, an apparent decline in the levels of TC, TG and LDL and an obvious increase in HDL level were observed after treatment （P〈0.05） . However, there were no significant differences in blood lipid indicators before and after treatment in the control group （P 〉 0.05） Conclusion Simvastatin has a good clinical efficacy on the treatment of carotid atherosclerosis, which displays an important value in improving the quality of life of patients.
