仿生物电刺激结合复方玄驹胶囊在薄型子宫内膜中的临床应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨仿生物电刺激结合复方玄驹胶囊治疗薄型子宫内膜的临床效果.方法选择薄型子宫内膜患者102例,随机分为联合组和复方玄驹胶囊组,各56例.复方玄驹胶囊组单纯采用复方玄驹胶囊治疗,联合组采用仿生物电刺激结合复方玄驹胶囊治疗,观察2组子宫内膜厚度、血流变化及临床疗效.结果联合组子宫内膜厚度治疗后明显高于复方玄驹胶囊组(P<0.05);治疗后联合组血流分型Ⅱ型、Ⅲ型比例明显高于复方玄驹胶囊组(P<0.05).联合组痊愈率、显效率明显高于复方玄驹胶囊组(P<0.05).结论复方玄驹胶囊联合应用仿生物电刺激可有效提高薄型子宫内膜治疗的整体疗效,缓解患者临床症状和体征,提高受孕率. Objective To investigate the clinical effect of biomimetic electrical stimulation combined with compound Xuanju capsule in treating thin endometrium. Methods 102 patients with thin endometrium were selected and randomly divided into combination group and compound Xuanju capsule group, with 56 cases in each group. Compound Xuanju capsule group were treated with compound Xuanju capsule, while combination group were treated with biomimetic electrical stimulation combined with compound Xuanju capsule. The endometrial thickness, blood flow changes and clinical effect of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The endometrial thickness in combination group were significantly higher than that in compound Xuanju capsule group after treatment (P 〈 0.05) ; the ratios of blood types Ⅱ and Ⅲ in combination group wrer significantly higher than those in compound Xuanju capsule group (P 〈 0.05) . The cure rate and effective rate in combination group were significantly higher than those of compound Xuanju capsule group (P 〈 0.05) Conclusion Application of compound Xuanju capsule combined with biomimetic electrical stimulation can effectively improve overall efficacy of thin endometrium, relieve patients' clinical symptoms and signs, and improve the pregnancy rate.
