标准化治疗方案联合辛伐他汀治疗慢性丙型肝炎的临床疗效分析

Therapeutic Effect of Combination of Standardized Treatment Regimen and Simvastatin for Chronic Hepatitis C

目的评价标准化治疗方案联合辛伐他汀治疗慢性丙型肝炎患者的有效性及安全性.方法将2011年3月2013年12月在西双版纳精神卫生防治中心就诊的慢性丙型肝炎患者57例分为对照组和辛伐他汀组.对照组27例,给予标准化治疗方案:聚乙二醇干扰素+利巴韦林.辛伐他汀组30例,在标准化治疗方案基础上加用辛伐他汀.2组疗程均为24周.分别与治疗前和治疗结束后检测2组患者的肝功能(血清ALT和AST水平)和血浆HCV-RNA水平,观察生化学应答和病毒学应答情况,并进行统计学分析.结果治疗结束后,对照组患者和辛伐他汀组患者的病毒学应答无统计学差异(P>0.05),而辛伐他汀组患者生化学应答率明显高于对照组,血清ALT和AST、血清HCV-RNA水平则明显低于对照组(P<0.05).在24周的治疗期间,2组患者均未发生严重不良反应.结论在聚乙二醇干扰素(PEG-IFN)联合利巴韦林标准治疗方案的基础上,加用辛伐他汀治疗慢性丙型肝炎患者,疗效满意,并且有良好的安全性.

Objective To evaluate the effect and safety of combination of a standardized treatment regimen （PEG-IFN＋ ribavirin） and simvastatin for the treatment of patients with chronic hepatitis C. Methods Fifty-seven chronic hepatitis C patients who admitted to our hospital from March 2011 to December 2013 were divided into two groups： control group and simvastatin group. 27 patients in the control group were given the standardized treatment regimen （PEG-IFN＋ ribavirin） , and 30 patients in the simvastatin group were additionally given simvastatin on the basis of standardized treatment regimen. Both groups were treated for 24 weeks. Before and after treatment, the liver function （serum levels of ALT and AST） , the plasma levels of HCV-RNA, the virological response and biochemical response were tested and compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in the virological response between the two groups （P 〉0.05） . However, compared with the control group, the biochemical response was significantly higher, the serum levels of ALT and AST and plasma levels of HCV-RNA were significantly lower in the simvastatin group （P〈0.05） . During the 24 weeks of treatment, no serious adverse reactions were found in both two groups of patients. Conclusion Combination of the standardized treatment regimen （PEG-IFN ＋ ribavirin） and simvastatin has satisfactory therapeutic effect and good safety in the treatment of patients with chronic hepatitis C.
