Clinicopathologic features of dermal leprosy

目的探讨皮肤麻风病临床及组织病理特征。方法回顾性分析6例皮肤麻风病患者临床及病理资料。结果 6例中4例为瘤型麻风,1例结核样型麻风,1例未定型麻风伴麻风反应;均为非特异性皮肤损害;6例组织病理切片均可见麻风细胞或泡沫细胞,抗酸染色可见多少不等的阳性杆菌,其中5例S-100阳性神经组织被炎症细胞破坏。结论皮肤麻风病临床表现缺乏特异性,HE染色切片、抗酸染色、免疫组织化学S-100染色有助于诊断。

Objective To discuss the clinical and hiscopathological features of dermal leprosy.Methods The clinical and histopathological data of 6cases of dermal leprosy were retrospectively analyzed.Results Six cases of dermal leprosy included 4cases of typical lepromatous leprosy,1of typical tuberculoid leprosy and 1of indeterminate leprosy with leprosy reaction,demonstrating varying degrees of non-specific skin lesions.All 6cases were found leprosy cells or foam cells in slice,and varying amounts of M.leprae in anti-acid staining slice,in which S-100 positive nerve tissue was destroyed by inflammatory cells in 5cases.Conclusion Dermal leprosy lacks specific clinical manifestations.HE staining slice,anti-acid staining and S-100 immunohistochemical staining contribute to the diagnosis.
